Wellness Fest is a local community gathering designed to help you escape the daily grind and recalibrate your system. Come break a sweat in fitness classes, find relaxation and ease with restorative movement and stretching, and experience the biological "reset" of contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunges). Between sessions, you can rinse off under our Vitamin C Filtered Showerhead, explore essentials from local wellness vendors, or unwind by the firepit. You’ll leave with a clearer mind, a realigned body, and a practical toolkit for your daily well-being.

Waiver and Release of Liability: Wellness Fest
1. Age Requirement:
By purchasing this ticket, I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that this is an adult-only event and that valid government-issued identification may be required at check-in.
2. Physical Activity and Health Attestation:
I understand that Wellness Fest involves physical exertion, including movement and sweat sessions. I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions (such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues) that would make participation unsafe. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.
3. Contrast Therapy (Fire & Ice) Warning:
I acknowledge that participation in Contrast Therapy (Sauna and Cold Plunge) involves exposure to extreme temperatures. I understand that these activities can place significant stress on the body. I agree to limit my time in the sauna and cold plunge as recommended by organizers and will exit immediately if I feel dizzy, faint, or uncomfortable.
4. Photography and Media Release:
I understand that Wellness Fest may be documented through photography and video. I hereby grant Citrus Wellness Co. and its legal representatives the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and distribute my image, likeness, or voice in any and all media (including social media, website, and promotional materials) without compensation or further approval. I release the organizers from any liability related to the use of these materials.
5. Equipment and Vendor Products:
I understand that the event features products from local vendors, including Cedar Hot Tubs, pH Water Machines, and Citrus Filtered Showerheads. I agree to use all equipment according to the instructions provided and acknowledge that the filtered water systems used in the shower circuit are for external use only.
6. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Citrus Wellness Co., all event staff, instructors, and participating vendors from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, illness, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation in Wellness Fest.
7. Acknowledgment:
Checking the "I Agree" box during checkout serves as my electronic signature and confirms that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms.
