Refund policy

At Citrus Wellness Co., we want you to love your experience with our products. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every purchase, including our premium Filtered Showerheads. If you’re not fully happy, you have 30 days to request a return for a full refund.

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start your return, visit citruswellnessco.com/pages/send-it-back.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted. For questions at any point, reach us at info@citruswellnessco.com.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, contact us at info@citruswellnessco.com.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Every Citrus Wellness Co. Filtered Showerhead comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product fails within a year due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Start a warranty claim by contacting us at info@citruswellnessco.com.

Takeback Program

Our Takeback Program is different from returns or refunds. When your filter reaches the end of its life, you can send it back to us (for free) so we can recycle or responsibly dispose of every component.
