We make it easy to send back any Citrus product that’s no longer serving you. Whether you're done using it or it didn’t quite work out, you have two options:

1. Send it back through our takeback program for responsible recycling (no refund). Whether it’s a used filter or the showerhead itself, we’ve got a plan to reuse or recycle every part. 2. Return it for a refund. All Citrus products are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of when you received the product.
