All Citrus products are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of when you received the product. Eligible returns must include: Original packaging, accessories, and undamaged product(s).

At Citrus Wellness Co., we believe businesses should be held responsible for the stuff they make. We know that throwing something "away" usually just means moving it to a landfill, and we refuse to contribute to that pile. Our responsibility does not stop when you buy a product: It continues until that product is returned to the earth or reused.
We built a system to keep resources in circulation, and we design our goods to be taken apart and given a second life. And the best part? We do all the heavy lifting: We take everything back, we sort it out, and we make sure nothing goes to waste.
We approach waste with a strict hierarchy. We look to reuse first, then regenerate, and finally recycle. Here is exactly what happens when your product comes home to us:
It starts with you. When your product reaches the end of its "useful life", send it back to us using a prepaid shipping label. Do not worry about scrubbing it clean or taking it apart. Just get it to us and we will handle the rest.
Once we get your package, our team takes everything apart. We planned for this stage before we even manufactured the product. This allows us to cleanly separate every material type. We isolate plastics, metals, and organics so they can each be handled responsibly.
If components are still in great condition, we prepare them to re-enter our supply chain. There is no need to make something new when the old version is still perfect.
Some materials cannot be reused as they are. In these cases, we look for ways to give them a fresh start. This includes processing components to give them a new life and composting materials to return nutrients to the soil.
If we cannot reuse or regenerate it, we turn to responsible recycling. We work with high-quality partners to ensure all materials are processed correctly. They become raw materials for future manufacturing instead of ending up in a dump.
Our goal is absolute. We do not hide behind accounting tricks or vague promises about "net zero" emissions. If we cannot find a way to reuse, regenerate, or recycle a material, we simply will not use it in our products.
