How do I install it? +

Use the included wrench to remove your old showerhead.
To remove your old showerhead, you'll need to find the connection nut. This is the part that attaches your current showerhead to the pipe in your wall, and it usually looks like a large metal nut or ring. Use the included wrench to firmly grip the nut and gently turn it counterclockwise (to the left). You might need to apply some force, but if the connection nut feels stuck, try spraying some penetrating oil on it and letting it sit for a few minutes before trying again.
[Optional] Wrap the included hemp fiber around the threaded end of your exposed shower pipe (if needed to prevent leaks).
You'll find a small amount of hemp fiber included with your showerhead. This natural material creates a tight seal around the pipe. Carefully wrap the hemp fiber around the threaded part of the pipe sticking out from the wall. Make sure the wraps are neat and even, and cover the entire threaded section. This will help ensure a secure and leak-free connection when you attach the new showerhead. Please note: This step might not be necessary depending on the age, size, and condition of your pipe. You are welcome to skip this step at first to see if this joint leaks before applying the hemp fiber.
Install your new showerhead; tighten with the built-in wing nut or included wrench.
Now it's time to install your new showerhead! Carefully align the showerhead with the threaded pipe and screw it on by hand, twisting clockwise (to the right). Once it's hand-tight, use the included wrench or the built-in wing nut to gently tighten the connection. Be careful not to over-tighten (whatever you can do with one hand should be sufficient), as this can damage the showerhead or the pipe.

Important notes:

Our showerhead has a built-in flow restrictor. Removing it, though technically possible, risks damage to the showerhead.
For the first few seconds of your first few showers, you might notice a light yellow tint in the water. Don’t worry, this is completely normal! It’s just a bit of residual vitamin C dust rinsing off the filter. We use pure, food-grade vitamin C in our filters to help neutralize chlorine and boost water quality. Most of it is infused inside ceramic beads for a slow, steady release that ensures your filter delivers clean, clear water for its entire lifespan.

Dribble a small amount of white vinegar around the threads to help dissolve scale.
Wrap a vinegar-soaked towel around the joint for 10-15 minutes.

How do I change the filter? +

Replacing the filter is simple and takes only a few minutes.

Press the center button to remove the face from the outer housing
Remove the cap on the top of the filter compartment
Remove your old filter and replace it with your new one. If you need to order a new filter, you can do so here.
Reassemble the showerhead, ensuring both sides click into place.
Run water briefly before use
